Oh dear. How much time do you have from updated landing time to the start of the show? If it's 9am here now, therefore 11am in Tel Aviv. Add a roughly 5 hour flight time, therefore arriving at 4pm, but I'm guessing they will start broadcasting at 10pm local time for it to be 8pm UK time so you should be fine if a bit rushed (not knowing what Tel Aviv is like to land in customs wise and distance to hotel and where the show is being broadcast from).
