Let's stipulate that you are completely correct on the legal merits. I maintain that this has class action lawsuit written all over it. And also lots of really bad PR potential for Uber, and to a much lesser extent, Amex. The Amex brand has one of the world's highest ratings for trustworthiness among wealthy consumers. I hope Amex is watching this situation with Uber closely.
