But you'll get a definitive answer only by taking to your cc company. If there have been DCC shenanigans you did not agree to (and it appears that you can prove you manifestly did not do so) then the bank will correct the transaction.
Thanks. I have raised a request with my cc company with the booking confirmation which shows my request for the prepaid room rate to be charged in TWD.
