AF in 2019: A350/B777 COI config, WiFi status, matress topper in J, ORY/IAD Lounges
Hi,

Some positive news shared (in french) by Carole Peytavin, Head of Customer Experience for 2019: https://blog.flight-report.com/fr/en...ntee-en-gamme/
  • A330 retrofit: 3/15 done with positive feedback from customers
  • B777 COI: Retrofit starts this fall
  • A350: new seats but colors/trims & finishes in between Joon and AF (seat shell for eg)
  • Matress topper to be tested (8th May to 8th July) on two destinations: IAH (BEST) & NRT (NEV4)
  • WiFi: 41 aicraft currently equiped (29LH & 12SH)
  • Brand new lounge to be opened at Orly 3 this fall
  • Refurbished lounge at Washington to be reopened in two phases: mid may and mid june with 25% more space and a "night service" similar to JFK
