The questions about FedEx locker service are moot for the NY Forum as it appears that the lockers are only in select locations in Texas and Tennessee:

Not surprisingly, there's a FedEx center at JFK, but it's not easily accessed unless you have a car. An option might be the Walgreens Drug Store in Jamaica, Queens; it's not too far from the AirTrain station.
