I really hate machines particularly self bag drop things. I also refuse to use self scan and such like in supermarkets. I actually enjoy human contact and chatting to the check in agent is a nice start to a trip when checking my bag in and getting my BP.

luckily as status holder I can use the CE check in desks even if economy at T5. I think it’s a joke not giving non status holders the option to use a manned desk should they wish to.

I absolutely hate all this automation going on everywhere. It’s so depressing
