I've been to the one in San Jose a few times. Was probably ~10yrs ago. The San Jose menu is quite extensive, much more items than regular Ringer Huts in Jpn. Always had saraudon (the crispy noodle with toppings on it) and felt it was on par with an average RH in Tokyo.
