A couple of questions travelling with family
Hi - I'm a relative newbie to Delta, albeit having recently reached Platinum Medallion status. I have a Skymiles redemption booking (Economy/ Comfort) up for myself and family (4 pax) from JFK to CUN and had a couple of questions.

Baggage - assuming we get 4 x 50lb bags by virtue of my status? Booking doesn't specify.

Lounge access - usually travel on my own on business and so not very clear on Delta's policy concerning children. My understanding is (as a Plat) I get myself and a guest into the sky club. What about children - are they allowed in too? Ages 12 and 10.
