I registered at itn and got all the way through to select seats, at which point a t which point I got this message
"Seating information for this flight is not available due to one or more of the following reasons:
No advance seat assignments available from the airline.
The airline's seating chart link is down.
No advance seat assignments available for designated Shuttle flights"

Oh well, time to call KF.
