Premium Ringer Huts are different from the My Champon Ringer Huts. Premium branches have an expanded menu - there are options for extra vegetables, and there's also a non-noodled version. There seem to be three Premium locations in Tokyo, in prime locations, and one My Champon location (in the middle of Katsushika-ku).

Most regular Ringer Huts in Kanto are sort of disappointing. I’ve had MyChampon in Nagasaki and Kanagawa, and those are great... you can get heaps of fresh-tasting veggie toppings.
