I'm in the same boat as you, currently paying the ongoing scans/check-ups with DBS Black (as I'm fulfilling the welcome offer for local spend) and/or CCB Eye ($3 / mile on payWave transactions).
What I would like to know is which card is best to settle the massive bill with when checking out of the hospital post delivery. I'd imagine it would be safest to give the bank a heads-up on the big transaction, but not quite sure which card to use yet.
