As of this moment, current D1 availability is D2 and J4, so it looks like there are 6 open seats, assuming we're talking about DL41.
1. Yes he is.
2. He bought Y and was upgraded to PS but also put in another upgrade for D1.
3. He told me he was at the top of the list on the DL app.
4. Yes he is on DL41. I told him to just keeping calling throughout the day, he even got as far as the supervisor calling their support to override the system to get them upgraded but it was a no go.
