Does this mean two seats remaining in any bucket?
For example, if I buy a premium fare seat and want to buy a saver economy award seat for a companion on that same flight, does there just have to be 2 economy seats (of any type) available afterward?
Yes, you need J=3 / Y=3 or higher to ticket a companion award to a premium ticket GS traveler.
