As of this moment, current D1 availability is D2 and J4, so it looks like there are 6 open seats, assuming we're talking about DL41.
Small nit - but wouldn't J4D2 still mean only 4 seats? When reading for total availability, I always just look at the highest unrestricted class. If there are six seats unsold, I imagine DL would happily sell all six of them as J fares if someone wanted for some reason.
