Hello, forgive me for my ignorance as I usually book AA flights and only know that world, but I am helping a friend out who applied a Delta GPU to his LAX-SYD flight for him and his wife this Friday 5/17. He is currently sitting in Delta Premium Select and is hoping for D1, with 6 seats currently still available. He is a million miler, has diamond status, and applied the GPU at booking. EF shows Z0 for Delta and KLM and when he calls in, the agents/supervisor won't upgrade him.

Is there anything else he can do or am I giving him all needs to know in terms of the EF Z inventory/HUCA protocol?
