FYI, access to Plat holders is restricted to before 3:30pm. After 3:30pm, the Temporary Lounge is reserved for the daily BA flight.

There's also Centurion and Escape branded signage outside the entrance now. The AMEX sign is showing a very aggressive "Opening this Fall".
