As for the new A339s arriving later this year, they will have a 1-2-1 layout (as seen here). And then they will start to phase out the old planes starting with the A340s in the beginning of the year (Jan/Feb).
The A343 are all in service even though the A339 have arrived in 2018. The old Recaro 6510 A332 are still about and YYZ gets it about 50% of the time. I'm looking at flying to YYZ with TP on A332 in mid June and the scheduled flight shows the Socgerma layout. Crossing my fingers...
