DeltaAgent....these words are so true and for me, makes flying Delta worth it. The home office BS, if it stays there will impact Delta no doubt and I am beginning to think it will be necessary to find another carrier..but in the mean time, I enjoy travelling with the front line folks at Delta. Most know how to treat a customer and alot of them become friends.
Wish the home office would listen to some of us frequent travellers and take a few of the front line folks, promote them and make them part of the management team. They do make a difference.
