I had applied for Point transfer on 6th May. This was first transfer so My Marriott account was not registered. I got mail on 7th May informing my application for transfer is in process. Received mail 9th morning that My Marriott account successfully registered. In Evening my point got transferred.
So overall it took 4 days to transfer when Marriott was not registered.
