Thanks so much for all the responses! To answer some of the questions:

1. I have a hard date of departure outbound and inbound due to my wife's scheduling.
2. Based on the dates that we have - I'd love to find an all BR segment from SFO - TPE - DPS, but as of right now, there's no availability into just TPE on BR, and the itin that I have SFO - TPE on UA and TPE - DPS on BR is the best routing that i've found so far. I'm open to anything else as well.
2. On the return, ICN is a bit out of the way, but we get to hitch a ride on the A350 which i've never been on - I've never tried TG on the new business class either. The other tickets that were available were all Mixed Awards, with a 5.5 hour in economy, i figured I'd eat the 15K point difference so we can just do business on all segments back.
3. I'm looking for the DPS - TPE - SFO route to open up, but so far, I haven't found anything. Happy to buy a DPS - TPE separately as well.
4. For the intra-asia, we're buying SQ from SIN DPS - oneway. We'd do a RT and depart from SIN if we saw award availability on the way back.
