Both Exit Rows are 38” pitch; Row 16 is no recline (all seats) & 17 is full recline.
Although row 16 is no recline, since there’s an exit row behind, children aren’t allowed to sit behind you. So row 16 guarantees that you won’t have a small child kicking the back of your seat the entire flight
