We just returned from a 5 night point stay at the Shelbourne and could not be happier with the hotel. Since we used points our booked room was basic. We used SNA's and were upgraded to a one bedroom Heritage suite which rents for about 1400 euros a night. We found the lobby staff very friendly as was the concierge. We would definitely return but only with points and hope SNA's would be approved.
