So I called Delta and was told twice that DL 63 existed for 102319 and it was sold out. On the second call I questioned the flight not showing on delta.com and after a brief conversation was put on hold. They returned saying they would move me but there was on PE seat on DL 65. I agreed to FCO>AMS>DTW>PIT. Thank you for your assistance
