I may be alone here but I find the layout of this hotel confusing. It took me 10+ minutes to figure out how to get to the beach area from the lobby as there’s not a ground level entrance in the back. Rather one has to take the stairs/elevator from one of the side wings. Most of the activity is focused on the mezzanine level.
I couldn't figure how to get back from pool to lobby. I remember knocking on a glass area under sweltering heat while an attendant pointed/ motioned for me how to get back. Another reason I did not love this hotel
