Redeye flight I go for 17 C/D if available (prefer middle open of course). If not available, I'll go for a PC aisle. Row 6 does have a lot of legroom, but I like non fixed armrests in the now rare chance the adjacent seat is empty.
Daytime I kinda like PC; faster service, and I get my choice of food.
