Thank you all for your valuable suggestions and advise.

If this was a personal trip, and necessary, I'd just buy Premium Rouge, or J, and not bother ..... However, this trip is for work, and work policy does not allow for Business Class for travels less than 8 hours. The policy is so antiquated that it does NOT include Premium Economy. The policy is Economy lowest for anything less than 8 hours, or Business class for anything more than 8 hours. This trip is 7h 30 min Calculation is on flying time, not travel time.

I don't want to create a big issue out of this...but any suggestions how I can insist, and get Premium Rouge?
