Expertflyer flight status distinguishes between out/off on/in

Out= door closed or moving on ground
Off = wheels no longer touching ground

On=wheels touching ground
In = fully stopped or door open

Out = clock starts ticking for employees (counting towards their work hours/blocktime and pay)
