The lounge is a step up from the T2 one, though the frequent clouds of fruit flies round the food can be off-putting: and as more carriers join T2 there might be some peak over-crowding.

But I'll miss T2. It's a terminal that shouted it's Indoesian identity the moment you stepped off the plane. The new terminal is a pretty awful shed, built on the cheap: the linear design can mean vast distances to walk unless you can grab a lift on one of the buggies. It's a match of the ugly terminal at Medan.
