Thursday flights are hit or miss. Friday or Saturday, I'd have said you had basically zero shot. On a Thursday, booked 41/60, nearly four weeks from departure... I just don't think we know the system well enough to give an accurate estimate. I would not feel confident -- 19 seats isn't that many -- but there's definitely a non-zero chance.
As for the upgrade price -- it
seems to be loosely correlated to the J inventory, but in this case I think it's also giving you a discount for having purchased an expensive fare in the first place. It could go up even the ZN space goes away; if Z goes away also, I'd say it's almost certain to increase.
Looking at the seat map, though -- there is exactly one odd-numbered window seat available -- 17A. I'd be tempted to pay the $649 just to secure it.
