don't bother scanning the BP. The PNR will be sufficient. Contact UA and if no success contact the DOT. I have gotten $200 back from AA last year after writing to DOT ... they were pretty apologetic too

What does your ticket receipt say? Did it recognize your SAG status? TK has been problematic.
