Same day changes for Exec Plats
ExecPlats are allowed same day flight changes free of charge. Does it also extend to situations where a routing change is involved? For instance, if I am ticketed BOS-PHL-MIA, can I do a same day change and fly BOS-MIA (non-stop) without incurring any penalties?

Also, can the change be done only at the airport or can it be done by phone prior to getting to the airport?
