ETA while connection in Canada
Hello there!
I hold both American and Israeli passports. Am traveling from the US to YYZ and connecting to TLV.
Since I am an Israeli citizen, I need to enter Israel with my IL passport.

ETA wise, is it enough to have a US passport to avoid issuing an ETA, even though my outbound travel requires an Israeli passport?
