Hi,

I'm sorry for a really silly question but I've got a 2-4-1 voucher I want to redeem for a return booking.

The outbound sectors are now up, and the guidance says that I can ring up and amend the booking when the inbound sectors go live - could I check what this means as I've never done it before. Is it literally a case of redeem voucher for the outbound sector, then when the flights come up ring up BA ticketing and say 'I've got this booking reference, I want to add the following return sector to the booking' and then have the additional miles deducted from my balance?

Sorry, I know this is a total noob question for you regulars, but its really stressing me out that I don't quite know all the terminology and tricks, even after reading the FAQs guide and I'm concerned that I'm going to mess it up. If anyone could explain in as straightforward and jargon free way as possible, I'd be really grateful for some help.
