The new ones will almost certainly come with the same amount of J seats, so it won’t affect booking and seat selection any more than it does right now when booking J on an 772 with the mixed fleet.
Since AA and Zodiac didn’t exactly have a friendly relationship at the end, I’m guessing it will be the Super Diamond variant of seat again on the new ones.
