I think the staff are different, and although everyone has to use the same little office (instead of having a main building and a separate preferred hut) it seldom seems busy at T5.

Something else that I have noticed is that on approximately half of my visits to the main hub, my details are not on the preferred screen on the bus and when I arrive at the depot the big screen outside of the Preferred hut says "Visit desk" next to my name. On an evening pickup it's not great because it means I have to queue up in the main building because the preferred hut is closed.
