No, we often get that question! If you are not flying from T5 you simply cannot enter T5, which has something called Ready to Fly to track passenger journeys. T3 passengers simply are not enabled for this and so they wouldn't get past the scan devices. If they have lounge access, or a Priority Pass, then there are some really good options for them over in T3. So CCR is reserved for those flying BA and some Iberia services departing from T5, there is no getting around that.
