Do you try getting something better than what they allocated to you, out of them by the way?
I have in the past, but have been told things like "this Golf is automatic AND has Sat Nav so is a double upgrade. We don't have any thing else we can allocate" or "if you don't like this car, email the Preferred team" so I don't bother now!
