Actually an E-Class instead of a C is only a one class upgrade, although as there’s nothing higher to upgrade into, that’s pretty much the best you can expect

My best at LHR has been a group B to a Santa Fe which at the time sat in the same group as she E-Class...

I almost always pick up from T5 but I doubt that makes a lot of difference.
Do you try getting something better than what they allocated to you, out of them by the way?
