Hi everyone, very long time lurker here! My husband and I are travelling to Atlanta from Heathrow in October in first. Some friends of ours are also travelling with BA that day to Miami. We would love to be able to take them into the concorde room so they can experience it, but their flight leaves at 10:40 am whereas ours is a late afternoon (around 4 pm) flight. in general to answer your thread title If you go up MMB, click on the flight, click on check in and then on other ways to check in, it will tell you all the details for the origin of your flight.
in your specific case, flying F from LHR you can check in any time and you can access the CCR.
Flights to Miami leave trom T3 and they therefore can’t join you in the CCR at T5.
if you wish to sleep off the champagne, consider calling YouFirst and booking a cabana.
