I have stayed here multiple times without problems or any issues. Close to metro/subway stop. Early check-in was granted (after a long 11 hour flight) without fuss. Late check-out also granted without fuss. Hotel tax refund form for foreign tourists was also prepared quickly when requested. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are modern, clean and a decent size and you can open the window for fresh air. Bathroom has a decently large walk-in shower. Breakfast has a large selection for a holiday inn express (if you don't like Asian/Korean food you may find the choices a bit more limited). Location is pretty central overall. Prices are very good if you look at the competition in Seoul. Even the ibis and ibis styles hotels cost more and they provide less in terms of size, food, service and quality. Points redemption rate at this property is also good.
