ok, well, they can't just enforce whatever rules they want to. The air carrier access act is like an actual law and airlines can't just ignore it. The law allows airlines to exclude animals that are too big to be accommodated in the cabin. They can't just arbitrarily declare that the animal must fit under the seat.
Seriously? That's the language you're going to pin your argument on?
A llama can fit inside a plane cabin and even make it down the aisle pretty easily. Yet I don't think an airline would be compelled to allow one to just chill out there for any length of flight.
