If you scroll down on the battery dropdown on the Restricted Items page, it shows the following for batteries inside devices:

For lithium-ion batteries, a maximum of 2, not exceeding 160 Wh each, are allowed in carry-on bag with airline approval
and this page shows spare batteries 100-160 Wh need operator approval:
