I do think you’ll love it. It’s a wonderful hotel. I’ll always take the StR for the award stay, but I’d gladly take the Chatwal when the cash rate is substantially lower than that of the StR.
We stayed at the StR last month for 5 nights and had breakfast all 5 mornings, both room service and in the restaurant. I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree. The food quality is simply not up to par and is overly heavy, tastes processed/low quality, and the restaurant service matches. It was exactly the same last October during our previous stay as well. I love the StR but the breakfast disappoints. The rest of the hotel compensates for it.

PS - look at Yelp reviews for Astor Court. 3 stars is embarrassing.
