I also had a great 3-night stay here last month.

got upgraded to a junior suite on 5th floor using SNA. room was very nice, comfortable and quite spacious. bathroom was very impressive though no bathtub. Great service all around, though didn't utilize butler service at all. Most staffs were also very nice and helpful. Housekeeping service was extraordinary, on par with top hotels in Asia.

re platinum breakfast benefit, they said at check-in that the vouchers given was for continental breakfast only. i found the quantity and quality of the continental breakfast were great. as a big breakfast eater, i also ordered an eggs dish each morning bearing in mind that it will cost me extra.

at check-out, they asked me how my stay was. i told them it was great, much better than any other establishments i've been to in NYC.

then they might just give me a favor by removing all extra charges at breakfast each day. Bingo!.

I would not hesitate to return and will recommend this hotel to others.
