I received the below emails from the hotel after I asked about the expected end date for the renovation and the rumour of no longer proving upgrades to Gold members. It seems that it is their official policy to only upgrade Diamond members. I was going to stay here two nights but will now book elsewhere. How can they go against Hilton corporate regarding upgrade policy?
