No, status match within an alliance is almost unheard of (except for cases when a program ceases to exist).
If you fly QR almost exclusively, QRPC might be a valid choice, it really depends on the constellation. if you fly enough to make Platinum and fly primarily with discounted economy tickets, the tier bonus will be significant. But it is generally one of the worst OW FFPs, which is why even many frequent QR flyers rather credit somewhere else. If you can make the minimum legs, AA or BAEC are usually better choices.
Finding opportunities to spend Qmiles is quite the chore. The good news is that once you find something to spend them for, you will get rid of a lot at once since they are worth so little these days.
