It is a very small boutique hotel but for something different United Places Botanical Gardens is worth checking out. Not in the CBD but still relatively central. The garden facing rooms are definitely worth the premium over the "urban" ones. However only 12 rooms, no lobby, check in desk, just a personal butler, so definitely not for those after a big hotel experience. Very modern well designed rooms though and a great breakfast.
