Kenya airways nbo stpc
We are flying as a family of four in business class on KQ 03 from JFK and connecting in NBO for BOM on KQ204. Our transit time is ten hours 20 minutes. KQ are telling us no STPC for us unless there is a schedule change or cacellation of flight. They offered us to use the lounge for that long stopover. Has KQ changed their policies recently or what? Any feedback from frequent flyers?
