Thanks Nov11. It is above water. I just want a white fine sandy beach. I have done enough snorkelling to last a life time. I have been to a couple of white sandy beaches in Philippines but I would prefer somewhere else. Does Koh Lipe have those white sandy beaches? Not only the beaches but also the lagoon I should say.
