In my experience luggage at Changi moves very quickly so unless there is a problem with the system, your luggage shouldn't be an issue.

I flew that route last year and it was slightly delayed as well. I've seen your posts and you are getting stressed out about missing your connecting flight which is understandable. This is not the best set up by SQ, they probably just think "oh we'll shove them on the next flight", but for passengers it's a real inconvenience.
If you are late, then SQ should have staff on stand by at your arrival gate who will either direct you to your gate or give you tickets for your re-booked flights.
